Shipments and returns

Items are usually dispatched within 1-4 day after payment is received.

Delivery time:

Western Europe: 3-7 working days
Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days
USA East Coast: 7-15 working days
USA West Coast: 7-20 working days
Canada: 5-26 working days
South America: 7-10 working days
Australia: 5-12 working days
New Zealand: 7-12 working days
Asia: 10-12 working days

But please allow 31 days before contacting us but 90% are delivered in the time frame above. 

A signature is required for all registered deliveries this way is better for both of us as

In the very unlikely event that your steroids get seized, we will always re-ship your order again for FREE as long as the official confiscation notice is sent to us. Without a seizure letter we can’t reship the package due to many fraud attempts we received in past. Please, keep in mind we’re not responsible for postal service losses or delays. 

No reship policy for: NZ, Australia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Canada, Australia.

NOTE:

if shipment does not come in 21 business days it does not mean you got scammed! It means that it’s stuck / held in customs and they need 1 week up to 4 months to send you seizure note! They are slow at the best of times, but many times they get held then let go you can never tell with them.

But remember you can track your steroid shipment online so you will always know where it is.

We need the seizure notice to claim against our insurance policy so please take a photo of it or scan it and send it to us.

But please note this is very rare that a parcel gets seized.

We do not accept returns due to nature of our business.

Payment

At the moment we accept Bank Transfer (IBAN, SWIFT, SEPA transfers) and Bitcoins. Both are very easy and safe to use. In future we’re planning to use credit card but again, due to nature of our business we’re not eligible to accept credit cards yet. Same with paypal.
